Visitor statistics and GEO pages
We use Google Analytics 4 for visitor statistics. Statistics cookies are linked to your consent choice. Our own measurement of GEO button clicks is only sent for statistics after consent. The Google tag uses Consent Mode: if permission is denied, analytics_storage is set to denied; Google can receive limited signals without statistics cookies. You can refuse statistics cookies and change your choice later via the consent settings. The cookie settings control this with Complianz and the WordPress Consent API. Google Analytics is a service from Google; more information is included Google's privacy policy.
We do not send names, email addresses or request contents in our own measurement events. Optional Google data sharing and ad links are not enabled. Visits from logged in administrators are excluded. Statistics may be incomplete due to denial of permission or blocking in the browser.
When you start a request via a GEO example page, we include the number of that page in the form. When sent, that reference will be saved with your request, so that we can determine which page produces requests. A click or sending attempt does not count as a received request: we use the actually saved request record for this.
Requests and checklist requests
When you request a service, we receive your name, email address, website, chosen service and, if applicable, company name and message. For a checklist request, we ask for your email address. We use that information to process your request and contact you about it. A request is not a registration for general marketing email.
AI-assisted processing
We use AI to organize requests, research public website information, and prepare drafts for research or a proposal. Information from your request can be processed via the AI service used. Therefore, do not provide passwords, special personal data or confidential customer data. A separate newsletter or follow-up series will only start if you opt for this separately.
Where your application ends up
Your request is stored in a protected WordPress list. An email notification will go to the company management address; business email is forwarded to an account used for business operations. The requests are not in the public knowledge base, sitemap, or AI read files. Management, hosting, email and the AI services used are necessary for this processing.
Save and your requests
We retain data for as long as it is necessary for the processing and follow-up of your application and any business administration. You can ask what data we have about you, request a correction or request its deletion. In the event of a legal retention obligation, we explain which information must be retained. Website and security
Hosting and security may process technical request data to operate the site and limit abuse. The application form uses a technical security check. The site does not automatically subscribe you to advertisements or a newsletter. If our processing changes, we will adjust this information.
